'Short' on size
Bought these as I do all my gym shorts 3xl so baggie and they fit my son snug and he wears adult X-Large. Guess the manufacturer is stating the size is based on fully stretched out when measured for waist corcumfrance as with Latin American and Asian clothing sizing assuming. Great material solid design and logo.
