Has my order shipped?
 
With the exception of personalized orders, orders typically ship the next business day. All payments will be processed at the time of order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Once a order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is not editable. Please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org wth your requested change.
My order never arrived.
 
After successfully placing your order, you will receive tracking information. If you feel you should have already received your order, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If your order is missing any items, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org clearly stating your order number and details of the discrepancy.
My product is missing parts.
