Orders

  • Has my order shipped?
    • With the exception of personalized orders, orders typically ship the next business day. All payments will be processed at the time of order.
  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    • Once a order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is not editable. Please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org wth your requested change.
  • My order never arrived.
    • After successfully placing your order, you will receive tracking information. If you feel you should have already received your order, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org.
  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    • If your order is missing any items, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org clearly stating your order number and details of the discrepancy.
  • My product is missing parts.
    • If your order is missing any items, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org clearly stating your order number and details of the discrepancy.
  • How do I return an item?
    • Orders are non-refundable except in the case of material defect. If an order is received and damaged, please contact customer service at tradingpost@oa-bsa.org

Shipping

  • Do you ship to my country?
    • The Order of the Arrow Trading Post Online only ships to addresses within the United States.
  • What are my payment choices?
    • During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
  • When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
    • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Pricing and Billing

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    • Yes, all sales tax is calculated based on your billing/shipping address.
  • I have a question on my charges.
    • Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please send an email to tradingpost@oa-bsa.org.
  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
    • Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
  • When will my credit appear on my account?
    • Credits usually take 7-10 business days.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    • Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
